This part of Le Cap d' Agde boasts what is probably the safest and most accessible sandy beach around, ideal for children and adults alike.  The apartment overlooks the beach and from the middle of June to the beginning of September there is an exciting water park for 2 - 8 year olds right next to the beach.

 

The shops of the flannerie are very close - bread, supplies, souvenirs, cafes, clothes and lots more - good fun for strolling and browsing around when you tire of the beach.

 

There is a wide range of restaurants, cafes & bars within one or two minutes'  walk, but you are high enough above it all in Sandy Bottom for the bustle not to affect your al-fresco dining.
